Recipient for Best Blues Society
All Detroit
Blues Society Members Are Eligible to Receive promotion of
their Blues activities not directly sponsored by the
Detroit Blues Society.
A Detroit Blues Society Member is any individual with a
Lifetime Achievement, Founding, a current paid Basic,
Family, or Band membership.
There are four levels of promotion potentially provided by
the Detroit Blues Society and they are:
1.
General Band and Event Listing - Free for EVERYONE
2. Featured Band and Event Listing - Members Only
3. Band and Event Advertising at a 50% Discount - Members
Only
4. Direct Band and Event Marketing - Members Only, $25

Promotion Assistance for their CD Release Party, not
directly sponsored by the Detroit Blues Society.
A
Detroit Blues Society Member is any individual with a
Lifetime Achievement, Founding, a current paid Basic,
Family, or Band membership.
Any
member wishing to obtain direct DBS support for a CD
Release party must make a donation of $100 prior to the
promotion of the release party. In exchange for this
donation, the musician will receive:
•
Addition (IN BOLD) to the website Blues Calendar
• Posting on DBS website Events page
• 1 – full page ad in Blues Notes
• Graphic design provided if requested
• Event message will be distributed through the active DBS
web sites and direct email lists.
• Writing and submission of a Press Release to be
distributed to media outlets.
